It highlights how breaking down entrenched stereotypes and fostering an environment of equal opportunities can lead to significant innovations and sustainable economic growth. The study underscores the necessity of an inclusive approach where men and women work together to dismantle systemic barriers, thereby promoting a harmonious and prosperous future.
